7.3. Limited sharing of your own project results or outcomes based on course learnings is permitted, provided it does not involve direct distribution of Pron8n’s proprietary materials.

8. User Content

8.1. You retain ownership of materials you create and upload, such as project files or submissions.

8.2. By submitting content, you grant Pron8n a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display such content solely for operating the Service.

8.3. You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

9. Confidentiality

You agree to comply with the Confidentiality Policy of Pron8n. All materials, templates, and resources provided through the Service are confidential and may not be disclosed or distributed without authorization.

10. Termination

10.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms, Platform Rules, or applicable law.

10.2. Termination may result in the loss of access to your account, content, and any rights associated with the Service.

10.3. Sections regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, limitations of liability, disclaimers, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

11.1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access, nor do we guarantee specific learning outcomes or business results.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.2. Our total liability in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the Service within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pron8n, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

14. Modifications
